SUBJECT: Internet Ordering Policies.
1. Payment: Payment for internet purchases will be required when ordering. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover or PayPal. Payment is required prior to shipment for orders. If you are having problems with payment varification please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Discounts: Coupon codes and discounts are only available on our web site. No discounts are available for email or call in orders.
2. Delivery: Most orders are filled/made and ready to ship within 4-7 working days. We are located in Indiana on Eastern Standard Time. Hours are Monday-Friday 8a.m.-5p.m. For your order to arrive on time please select the level of shipping needed so it arrives on time. You can also put in the Comments Box a suggested due date and we will do our best.
3. Shipping and Handling Rates: Shipping and handling charges are added to your purchase based on the weight of your order and size of the box. Standard UPS or USPS rates will apply. If you have chosen a Air rate it will be calculated based on the size of your box and most of the time will be less than what the web site quotes because of our companies negotiated rates. We will adjust the shipping cost on your invoice. Smaller orders may be shipped Postal if rates calculate less than UPS shipping cost. If you want specific shipping please let us know in the Comments Box. International orders are only charged for the shipping fees and not import duties or taxes.
4. Returns: No returned product will be accepted prior to email approval. Please submit your request at email@example.com. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the sales invoice within 30 days of purchase. No returns/refunds will be issued after 30 days. Refunds will be issued at original sales price, plus applicable sales tax and a restocking fee of 20% in the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Custom orders and closeout items cannot be returned or refunded.
5. Cancellations: Custom orders may be cancelled prior to production less expenses incurred in developing the custom item for production. Once the custom order is in production cancellation will incur charges required to cover the expense of the production up to the time of cancellation. Non custom items may be cancelled prior to shipment (see returns).
6. Product Options: Your only product options will be listed in the drop down menus provided for each product. The images shown are just examples. To see a proof of your exact product or request other options please list this in the comments Box when checking out. Team Honda graphics design, logo or colors can not be changed. If you want to change our web site listed options text, designs or logos in any way then you will need to email or call us with these changes. At this point no discounts can be applied to your order. Our standard design time fees are $1.25 a minute.
